County Design now provides customized mats for homes and businesses. Duro-loc commercial and logo mats are the ultimate in indoor and outdoor matting. Constructed using heavy denier UV stabilized polypropylene fibers, this product provides an aesthetically pleasing and functional entryway while offering beneficial advertising for the property.

Duro-loc mats use a heavy vinyl edging that is lock-stitched into place. Then, using an all-weather premium adhesive, the bond is reinforced between mat and edging. With this process, Duro-loc offers the maximum bond available today. All mitered corners are chemically bonded, then secured using the same premium adhesives. In addition, a vinyl support patch is added to enhance the already impressive bond. The inlay is produced using heavy denier polypropylene fibers that are UV stabilized and attached utilizing the same support technique as used with the mitered edges. All carpet in the mat is 100% solution-dyed, making this product stain resistant, easy to clean, and extremely durable.

Duro-loc is available in standard sizes of: 3'x5', 4'x6', 4'x8', 4'x10', 6'x8', 6'x10' and 6'x12'. Custom sizes available up to 13'4" width by 68'6" length without seams. Custom shapes and larger size mats with seams are also available. All sizes can be made with or without logos.
